Readers are transported to Tibet where a boy and his little sister, Yang Ki, dream of becoming Sherpas. Initially convinced that "girls cannot be guides!" the boy changes his mind after Yang Ki rescues him from a landslide. Though the text is wordy, Cossi's language paints vivid pictures. Clean design showcases the rich-hued illustrations.
