Despite all the hilarious dangers, Zarf sails back into harbor a hero. The third entry is still rather thin and familiar, but the series' enjoyable hallmarks--silly cartoon illustrations, comic one-liners, loyal friendships, fractured-fairy-tale characters--are here in spades.
