Cow Millie lives to terrorize the letter carrier who visits her farm. This leads to dropped parcels, which leads to broken china--and an unhappy farmer. Fortunately, the letter carrier has a plan. The pleasantly slapstick tale bounces along like a tractor ride, and Steffensmeier amplifies the story's humor by juxtaposing the silliness with scenes of everyday farm life.
