(4) PS Rosie and her unnamed new puppy get into all sorts of things: a wastepaper basket, a flower bed, a toy baby carriage, a mud puddle, etc. Rosie finally settles on the name Waggle because, in her father's words, "his tail is still waggling.... It hasn't stopped since he arrived." The story, such as it is, is desultory and poorly paced, but its distinctive paper-collage and gouache illustrations will attract children.
