This reassuring story answered the burning question of whether Mr. Small (Policeman Small, Cowboy Small, etc.) had a family. We follow the Smalls through a typical week, including a few surprises such as Papa Small hanging out the wash and cooking Sunday dinner while Mama rests. Not only was he multitalented, he was apparently a man ahead of his time.
