Selwyn Roweson is entombed alive inside the village burial caves along with the decaying corpse of Farold Miller, the man he's been wrongfully convicted of murdering. A bossy but sympathetic witch happens by, and Selwyn soon finds himself one half of a most unlikely detective/comedy team--the other half being Farold, magically brought back from the dead. Hilarious dialogue and description develop the colorful characters in this funny, imaginative murder mystery.
